Individual therapy - Adults
People seek therapy for all different reasons, including stress, grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles, just to name a few. Meeting with a counselor at our center offers you the opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive. You will be linked with a clinician who will partner with you to meet your goals and help you live the life you want to live.
Individual therapy - Teens
Adolescence is exciting and challenging. You don't have to do it alone. Meet with one of our counselors and learn how to grow strong from challenges like depression, self esteem, and anxiety.
Play therapy for children
Play is the language of children. Play therapy is a specialized modality that allows children to work on behavior, mood, trauma, and relationships. Children ages 3 -12 who are struggling with emotional challenges typically benefit the most from play therapy.
What we do not do
Our center is not equipped for those who need 24 hour access to care, or immediate services due to crisis/emergency. For crisis assistance, please contact the Colorado Crisis Line at 1-844-493-TALK(8255). For immediate access to outpatient therapy, please contact North Range Behavioral Health at 970.347.2120.
We are not an evaluation center and do not provide opinions regarding child custody. Furthermore, we do not provide therapy for purposes of testifying in court.
Services are provided on a sliding fee scale. If you wish to be considered for a lower fee, you will need to provide your financial information to the intake counselor during your initial consultation. If you do not wish to disclose this information, you will be charged the full rate of $100/session for individual therapy.
If you have Medicaid, we are in network with RAE Region 2, Northeast Health Partners. If you are unsure of your RAE you may contact Health First Colorado to find out, or give us a call, and we can confirm if we are in network for you.
How to Get Started
You're ready to begin counseling, now what? Give us a call at (720) 862-6260. We will conduct a short phone consultation (about 30 minutes) with you to determine if our center might be a match for your needs. If we are not a match, we will provide you with a referral to another community resource. If we decide to continue, your on-going therapist will reach out to you in order to schedule an in-person intake and therapy will proceed from there.
